A Wedding at FishHawk Ranch

After several changes in venue preference, my clients Pam and EJ decided on the Palmetto Club at FishHawk Ranch for their February 27th wedding. I absolutely love this venue for many reasons. It's outside of the hustle and bustle of the city, yet easy enough to get to. Once there, you find a large space but somehow very private and lovely setting. The beautiful courtyard and veranda offer an intimate, garden-like option for the most beautiful of ceremony settings, while the ballroom offers an elegant atmosphere and abililty to be decorated to anyone's imagination.

Pam and EJ chose a peacock themed wedding with colors of Teal, Purple and Moss Green with touches of peacock feathers of course! Although Pam's dream of having an outdoor ceremony in the courtyard were crushed by the downpour of rain, we sectioned off a portion of the ballroom and created a very romantic indoor setting, still using a fabric draped arch with hanging candles and a beautiful aisle with hundreds more candles staggered on either side. The lighting was beautiful and gave the room a romantic soft glow.

We had a great time working with this couple and wish them all the best in their life together!

Special Thanks to the following vendors for helping us make this day special for Pam and EJ:
